David McElhinny

David McElhinny works as a newspaper editor for Trib Total Media in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Between 2000 and 2007, he won a total of eight Keystone Press Awards for column writing, sports writing, feature writing, headline writing, and special project writing. The Keystones are awarded by the Pennsylvania Newspapers Association. He has also been a finalist for the Golden Quills, which are awarded by the Press Club of Western Pennsylvania. In 1993, McElhinny earned a bachelor of arts in communication degree from Robert Morris University, located in Moon Township, Pennsylvania. The author currently resides in Mars, Pennsylvania with his wife and two children."
